Refund And Returns Policy

Product Warranty:

At goldbarecig.co.uk, we offer a 90-day warranty on all vape products starting from the date of purchase. Our product warranty covers mechanical and electrical faults within this 90-day period, excluding any damage to the appearance, general wear and tear, or accidental/liquid damage.

Please note that your warranty does not cover faults resulting from accidents or misuse. If there are any signs of obvious external damage or misuse, the warranty for these products will be void.

For products that exceed our 90-day warranty period, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly, as most electrical products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Change of Mind and Returns:

Changed your mind? All orders can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. If you decide to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. In such cases, the returned product should be sealed in its original packaging and unopened. For items valued over £50, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of items you return.

Missing Items:

If you discover any missing items in your order, we strongly advise you to double-check the entire order and inspect all corners of the box and packaging materials used. Missing items are often found in the original packaging.

We must be notified within 3 days of receiving any incorrect or missing orders. If you confirm that items are indeed missing from your order, a thorough internal investigation will be conducted. This includes checking all warehouse evidence records and raising disputes with the delivery courier. We may require up to 5 working days to complete the investigation before sending any replacement items.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive items that are damaged during transit, please notify us promptly. We will guide you on the next steps, as your items may be eligible for replacement or a refund.

Damaged and defective items must be returned to us for inspection by our technical team. If returned items are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund based on our assessment. We may reject returns and return items to you if there are signs of external or accidental damage.

Buyers are responsible for any damage caused during the shipping process due to inadequate packaging. We recommend taking photos before sending returns.

We do not accept returns for clearance products, and our warranty does not apply to these items. In appropriate cases, we will attempt to repair defective products and then resend them. If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

The inspection of products and reaching a resolution may take up to 7 days. If products are deemed to be defect-free after testing, we reserve the right to resend the products in their original condition.

We strongly recommend inspecting products deemed defective by third-party customers before returning them to us.

Refunds:

If we need to issue a refund for defective, returned, or missing items, our primary option is to provide you with a gift voucher that you can redeem online on your next order.

Alternatively, we can refund the amount to your original payment account; please note that this process may take up to 5 working days to complete.

Orders paid via bank transfer will be refunded in the form of a gift card only.

The gift card balance must be used within six months from the date of issue.
